Honda Brio is an upcoming hatchback of Honda Siel Cars India. Rumors spread that the company is planning to launch Honda Brio on March 27 2011. But the Official spokesmen of Honda Siel Cars India denied it he said “We do not want to comment on this at the moment.”
It was unveiled at Delhi Auto Expo in the last year. It is expected to fight against Hyundai i20, Toyota Estilo, Maruti Swift, Chevrolet Beat and the upcoming models like Maruti Cervo, Toyota Etios Liva etc.
It is expected to load with 1.2-liter VTEC petrol engine. The displacement of this car will be 1196cc which give enough power. It can produce utmost power of 89 Bhp at 6200 rpm and peak torque of 110 Nm at 4800 rpm.
The Company is hoping that Honda Brio will be the most fuel efficient car in India. The Price tag of it will be around 5-6 lakhs.
